With outer unrest and instability increasing, it is vital for our times that we can find refuge, safetyand reliance from forces within us.
The being Sophia offers an opportunity to find such a place within ourselves, if we can welcome Her to listen, behold and bring wisdom to our soul.
Creating a space and a willingness to turn our attention towards a dialogue with Her, brings the possibility of a renewal which honours profoundly needed feminine principles to be active in our time.
This workshop will introduce the themes, and make space to explore biographical experiences as footholds for taking this work more deeply into your life.
Meet the Facilitator…
Jane Chase (Dip, Biog Couns. MSc Systemic & Family Psychotherapy, Cert Supervision)
Jane has been working as a therapist for over 20 years. She began her career as a Biographical Counsellor and later developed her work as Systemic Family Psychotherapist. She works with individuals, young people, couples and families. She offers reflective supervision and consultancy, helping groups and teams work more cohesively, reflectively and relatedly. Jane is co-lead for the one-year course in Biographical Counselling Skills in the UK, and a teacher on The Mental Health Seminar UK (Emerson College). She is married with grown children, and a member and Co-chair of PABC Professional Association of Biographical Counsellors UK.
