Making Friends With Shame, Righteousness, and Acceptance
with Davina Muse
Sunday, April 12
2-4pm Eastern
In this experiential workshop, we'll explore inner and outer dimensions of healthy and unhealthy shame. We'll look together at our own experiences of shame, how we defend against it, and how it can be transformed. Through this personal work, we may be able to better help others make friends with their own shame.
Materials: Drinking water, Journal or notebook, drawing paper and pencil, colored pencils
Meet the Facilitator…
Davina Muse was born in England, and lived for 35 years in the United States. Her work as a family therapist is informed by both mainstream and anthroposophical perspectives on the life of the soul and the evolution of consciousness.
She recently returned to live in England, near Stroud, in order to be closer to the faily and grandchildren and to continue learning about medicinal herb gardening and oil-making. She now lives in a converted chapel, a good place for practising the re-consecration of LIFE!
