A Journey Through Your Life Story

Human Development in the Light of Anthroposophy
An 8 Month Online Course | March-October 2026

Biography work is an ongoing exploration and dialogue between ourselves and our life.

A Journey Through Your Life Story is an experiential course grounded in Rudolf Steiner’s insights into human development. Through biography work, artistic exploration, and guided reflection, participants are supported in deepening their understanding of who they are, how they have become, and how they may meet the future with clarity and courage.

This course offers both a framework and a living process—one that honors the wisdom present in every life, including its challenges.

This course is an invitation to met your life story with curiosity, honesty, and reverence—to discover how meaning reveals itself over time, and how understanding the past can free us to stand more fully in the present.

Course Focus

Human development unfolds in seven-year cycles, each shaping new dimensions of body, soul, and spirit. By exploring these rhythms, we gain insight into our past experiences and a clearer orientation toward the future.

Throughout the course, we will explore:

  • The seven-year life cycles and their developmental themes

  • Temperament and its influence on life patterns

  • Rudolf Steiner’s picture of human becoming

  • How to look back over your biography and discover recurring threads

  • The wisdom embedded in life’s challenges and opportunities

  • How to uncover truths that support inner freedom, responsibility, and resolve

Artistic exercises, reflective practices, and group dialogue are woven throughout, creating a balanced and embodied learning experience.
